How do I know what size to order?

Do the suits run true to size?
Yes, our suits run true to size. If you wear a different size top and bottom and want to order a one-piece suit, we recommend ordering the size that matches your hip measurement.

How do I wash my swimwear?
We recommend hand washing or delicate cycle, in cold water only. Do not use chlorine bleach.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges of swimwear with protective lining in place that shows no signs of wear. Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. We recommend trying the bottoms on with underwear on first to make sure the fit is correct to insure that we can accept the return if it doesn’t fit. How long does shipping take?
We process our orders within 24 hours of payment and orders usually ship the same business day. Standard shipping in the U.S. normally take 3-5 business days and international shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks. 

Covid shipping notice
We are taking extra precautions during this pandemic to prevent the further spread of Covid which may delay shipping up to a week. Please feel free to check in with us by e-mail if your U.S. shipment is delayed more than ten days at hello@halosurf.co

What percentage of my order goes to Surfrider and Oceana? 
We donate 1% of our profits to Surfrider and 1% to Oceana. As we grow, our goal is to give as much as we can to help protect our world's most precious natural resources.
